Major Projects Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Greenfield, United States; the role includes on-site meetings, pre-construction conferences, job-site coordination, and installation oversight.

What you will do

• Manage major projects from pre-award review through close-out, maintaining schedules, milestones, budgets, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate installation teams, distributors, subcontractors, factories, purchasing, trucking, and general contractors.
• Manage submittals, construction schedules, change orders, shipping, equipment, freight claims, and project documentation.
• Coordinate job-site safety orientations, craning and scaffolding subcontractors, punch lists, repairs, and owner training.
• Maintain project records, SharePoint trackers, ISO documentation, training records, and close-out files.
• Lead weekly project reviews and maintain continuous communication with internal teams, installation personnel, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or at least five years of project management experience in the building and construction industry.
• Experience coordinating construction projects, installation teams, subcontractors, distributors, and general contractors.
• Working knowledge of construction project management software such as Autodesk Forma and Procore is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read CAD drawings is strongly preferred.
• Availability for on-site project meetings, construction conferences, installation coordination, and owner training is required.
