hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Design, implement, and support client infrastructure solutions involving networks, servers, security applications, and collaboration systems.
• Participate in infrastructure and security assessments for managed services clients, merger and acquisition projects, and new client environments.
• Configure and administer security applications for infrastructure separation, remediation, and modernization initiatives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and security issues affecting client infrastructure and project delivery.
• Lead or support remediation initiatives, recurring security checks, and security operations for managed services clients.
• Collaborate with clients, technical leads, project managers, and team members on policies, procedures, documentation, training materials, timelines, and budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience required; infrastructure or cloud engineering experience in consulting, managed services, or enterprise cloud environments is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with identity and access management, cloud networking, storage, backup, virtualization, and security practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and documentation skills.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Five years of relevant experience.
• Microsoft 365, Azure, or Cisco certifications.
