Sr. Business Director - Environmental & Hazardous Waste Management

Location: Remote, based anywhere within the United States, with 50% travel required

Salary: $223,000–$265,000 annually, plus applicable annual bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Own full P&L responsibility for a $300M revenue and $45M EBITDA ChemCare / OSS integrated services business.
• Lead a cross-functional organization of approximately 90 employees across commercial, operations, and support functions.
• Deliver the Annual Operating Plan across revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA while driving pipeline growth, cross-selling, churn recovery, pricing, and value capture.
• Develop enterprise customer, vendor, disposal network, and cross-functional relationships.
• Define and execute the multi-year strategy, including segmentation, targeting, service integration, and strategic investments.
• Lead transformation through process standardization, technology enablement, automation, analytics, system integration, and operating model optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in hazardous waste.
• Proven P&L leadership and strong commercial growth experience.
• Experience in regulated environments, including EH&S and waste services.
• Track record of leading business transformation and organizational change.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically, with availability to work remotely from within the United States and travel 50%.
