General Manager - Post Collect MC (Environmental Services)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Pay range: $168,300–$231,450 annually. Annual incentive plan target: 45%.

What you will do

• Lead a business unit with full profit and loss responsibility across collection and post-collection operations.
• Direct division-level leaders across operations, fleet management, sales, finance, human resources, safety, environmental compliance, and engineering.
• Execute local operating and marketing strategies to improve safety, customer experience, efficiency, growth, and profitability.
• Oversee commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal sales efforts with area and regional sales leadership.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, operating, regulatory, safety, accounting, and ethics standards.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, municipalities, government, community, and environmental organizations while leading change initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of progressive leadership and management experience.
• At least 3 years of profit and loss experience.
• Business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical decision-making, and the ability to execute against strategy.
• Experience leading large-scale change initiatives, managing multiple sites and business lines, and developing large teams.
• Previous environmental services experience, Fortune 500 employment, and labor relations experience.
