• Review and assess business opportunities, ideas, and transformation requests.
• hirify.globalrify business problems, expected value, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and decision needs.
• Support business case readiness and prepare summaries for governance, prioritization, investment, and roadmap discussions.
• Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, readiness, communication requirements, resistance themes, and adoption risks.
• Develop change deliverables such as impact assessments, communication and readiness plans, training materials, adoption tracking, and status updates.
• Track opportunities, actions, risks, dependencies, decisions, and documentation through the business navigation process.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Four years of professional services or public accounting experience required.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of change management fundamentals, including stakeholder impact, readiness, communications, resistance, adoption, training, and sustainment.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, organize information, identify risks and dependencies, and move work through defined processes.
• Experience supporting stakeholders, business cases, intake processes, roadmap planning, prioritization, governance forums, or change deliverables is preferred.
• Travel: less than 10%.
