What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI strategy and a sequenced roadmap with owners, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
• Work with Finance, Legal, HR, Revenue Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Customer Success, and other non-technical functions to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
• Lead AI initiatives from opportunity identification through solution design, testing, implementation, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Redesign workflows, coordinate pilots, document requirements, resolve implementation issues, and create scalable AI playbooks.
• Build AI fluency through training, coaching, demonstrations, office hours, prompt libraries, and practical educational materials.
• Measure adoption, efficiency, quality, cost improvements, risk reduction, and return on AI investments.

Requirements

• Hands-on ownership of AI transformation and implementation initiatives rather than strategy-only advisory work.
• Strong business-process redesign, change leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work across Business Systems, IT, Compliance, functional leaders, vendors, and subject-matter experts.
• Sound judgment regarding risk, compliance, data privacy, security, responsible AI, human review, and monitoring controls.
• Ability to operate with operational discipline in an evolving and ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Formal change-management certification or experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or an equivalent framework.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or private-equity-backed environment.
