Licensed Therapists (Telehealth)

Location: Remote from the United States; the role is listed for New York State and requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Work hours are scheduled Monday–Friday with options of 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm EST.

Salary: $80,000–$89,000 base annually, with bonuses and total earning potential of up to $100,000 annually for top earners.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program.
• Assess and diagnose mental health and substance abuse conditions.
• Develop treatment plans and use comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Partner with clients to define and achieve treatment goals.
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.
• Provide care to patients across the lifespan.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and professional licensure.
• LMHC and LMFT candidates must hold Diagnostic Privileges, such as LMHC-D or LMFT-D.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• A private home workspace is required for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluent English is required.
• Knowledge of mental health or substance abuse diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.

• Spanish fluency; bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation.
