Child and Adolescent Therapist Intake & Therapy (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Remote, Pennsylvania; Pennsylvania independent licensure required

What you will do

• Conduct individual telehealth intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Provide ongoing individual, evidence-based therapy and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families, provide education, and support engagement in treatment.
• Develop individualized care plans and coordinate integrated treatment with clinicians, medical providers, families, and outside specialists.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and patient records.
• Participate in optional weekly clinical consultations and support high standards of clinical quality.

Requirements

• Independent Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD.
• At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience in telehealth or a virtual setting.
• Experience with evidence-based assessment and therapeutic practices across developmental stages and neurodiverse populations.
• Comfort using Google Suite, electronic medical record systems, and virtual care platforms.
