Child and Adolescent Therapist Intake & Therapy - Remote, NJ

Location: Remote, New Jersey

Salary: $50,000–$100,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Conduct individual telehealth intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Provide ongoing individual evidence-based therapy and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, provide education, and support long-term treatment engagement.
• Develop individualized care plans and coordinate clinical matches across the available treatment services.
• Collaborate with clinicians, medical providers, families, and outside specialists to deliver integrated whole-child care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in optional paid weekly clinical consultations.

Requirements

• Independent New Jersey licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD.
• At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Experience with evidence-based assessment and therapeutic practices across developmental stages.
• Comfort using Google Suite, electronic medical record systems, and virtual care platforms.
• Availability and flexibility for after-school, evening, and weekend sessions.
