Learning Technology Administrator (AI/360Learning)

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the administration, configuration, integrations, data, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of the enterprise learning technology ecosystem.
• Manage courses, learning pathways, academies, cohorts, assignments, certifications, assessments, user groups, permissions, and the learning catalog.
• Lead learning technology implementations and enhancements from requirements and configuration through migration, testing, launch, adoption, and stabilization.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, risks, communications, stakeholder readiness, and cross-functional delivery.
• Improve learner discovery, access, navigation, and engagement using adult-learning and user-experience principles.
• Build learning reports, dashboards, and analytics while implementing AI agents and AI-enabled workflows for scalable learning operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional technology, learning and development, education, business, information systems, or a related field, plus 5+ years of enterprise learning technology or learning management system administration experience, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with learning technology configuration, user management, learning pathways, reporting, integrations, content administration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional learning technology implementations and managing plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Experience with learning analytics, dashboards, reporting, data integrity, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar generative AI tools.
• Strong analytical, systems-thinking, communication, collaboration, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• 360Learning implementation and administration experience.
• Experience building or configuring AI agents, workflows, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and digital content platforms such as Articulate 360.
