Associate Manager, Dasher & Logistics (AI)

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of key results across Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets.
• Set strategy and build execution plans for supply, demand, cost, quality, pay, retention, and order batching challenges.
• Investigate operational problems using quantitative and qualitative data and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Define and test hypotheses through experimentation, use AI tools to accelerate learning, and scale successful strategies.
• Partner with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to drive alignment and execution.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, financial services, operations, technology, AI, regulatory work, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions, and balance quantitative measurement with customer empathy.
• Independent proficiency with SQL and Excel.
• Experience managing cross-functional workstreams or strong motivation to grow into that responsibility.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
