Senior Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote

Base annual salary: $140,000–$165,000 USD, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the Product Operations roadmap, including its vision, priorities, success metrics, and adoption initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end execution for cross-functional product and platform initiatives from concept through launch.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success through operating rituals, decisions, and communication.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted planning, coding, research, automation, and modern product development tools.
• Build and improve intake, triage, roadmap, sprint, documentation, and tooling processes.
• Use product, engineering, clinical, operational, and patient feedback data to guide decisions, manage risks, and provide executive updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, product operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a fast-paced software or digital health environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build a roadmap, process, or operating model from scratch and operate independently.
• Fluency with modern product development tools, including Linear and Figma, and enthusiasm for AI-forward workflows.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, analytical skills, and cross-functional communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, healthcare operations, or another regulated or clinical environment.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
