Operations Development Program (AI Robotics)

Location: USA remote with travel; flexibility to relocate and travel is required

Salary: $87,000–$119,900 base pay per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Complete an 18-month rotational program across operational, technical, and customer-facing functions.
• Support the operation and performance of automated warehouse systems.
• Build experience across site operations, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and service.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and customers to improve safety, quality, productivity, and performance.
• Analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and support corrective actions.
• Complete capstone projects while participating in training, mentorship, and professional development.

Requirements

• Recent master's degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or supply chain, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent work or military experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in technology, operations, and customer experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and travel as required; up to 75% travel may be required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive or fly to client and customer locations.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including heights up to 45 feet, restrictive areas, stairs, variable temperatures, and lifting items up to 80 pounds.
