Chief of Staff

Location: On-site in Los Angeles, United States

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is a Los Angeles-based technology and logistics company building operational infrastructure for modern rideshare fleets, including future autonomous fleets.

What you will do

• Partner directly with the Co-Founders on key decisions and follow through on resulting actions.
• Run strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, and market teams.
• Build frameworks to prioritize opportunities and identify the highest-return work.
• Find operational weaknesses and improve or rebuild the underlying processes.
• Track KPIs and analyze fleet performance data to identify profitability and efficiency gains.
• Prepare analysis and materials for leadership, board, and investor discussions, and resolve urgent business issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, business intelligence, strategy, or a related field.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment, working directly with founders or senior executives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently obtain and work with data.
• Excellent communication, judgment, attention to detail, and bias toward action.
• Fluency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets.
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with rideshare platforms such as Uber or Lyft.
