Logistics Analyst

Location: Full-time onsite in Hagerstown, Maryland, United States

Salary: $59,350–$89,600 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Oversee daily outbound operations, including picking, packing, staging, loading, order fulfillment, and shipping transactions.
• Coordinate shipments and resolve exceptions with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse, IT, Transportation, 3PL, and 4PL partners.
• Track pick accuracy, order fill rate, on-time shipping, trailer utilization, and dock-to-door cycle time, taking corrective action when performance declines.
• Manage expedites, configuration changes, embargo checks, customer-facing shipment issues, quality audits, and load inspections.
• Develop SOPs, train warehouse staff, and support layout, packaging, and supply chain transformation projects.
• Analyze order, carrier, and freight-cost data; create dashboards and executive summaries that support improvement roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in outbound or shipping operations within distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS platforms such as SAP and transportation processes managed through a 4PL model.
• Proficiency with Excel and a data-visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication and influence skills, including the ability to direct 3PL associates without direct authority.
• Knowledge of domestic parcel, LTL, truckload shipping requirements, and basic export documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in a 3PL-run facility or technology supply chain.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS certification, such as CSCP or CPIM.
• Exposure to CTPAT, ISO 9001, or other compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products, distribution models, or technology-sector supply chain practices.
