Licensed Therapist (Telehealth)

Location: Remote from the United States, with New York State listed as the location; EST schedule required

Salary: $80,000–$89,000 annual base salary, with bonuses bringing total earning opportunity to $100,000 annually for top earners.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient mental health services through a telehealth program.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and support mental health or substance abuse diagnoses.
• Develop treatment plans in partnership with clients to achieve care goals.
• Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday.
• Provide care to patients across the lifespan.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and professional licensure.
• LMHC and LMFT candidates must hold diagnostic privileges, such as LMHC-D or LMFT-D.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
• English fluency is required; Spanish fluency is preferred.
• Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Knowledge of mental health or substance abuse diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.

Nice to have

• Spanish or other additional language proficiency.
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
