Deposit and Liquidity Product Team Leader (Treasury Management)

What you will do

• Define and execute the liquidity and deposit product strategy across commercial, corporate, and institutional client segments.
• Manage the lifecycle of commercial deposits, sweep solutions, virtual accounts, escrow, cash concentration, and account structures.
• Partner with pricing, Treasury Sales, Relationship Managers, Finance, IT, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Audit.
• Enhance digital and self-service capabilities through treasury platforms, API integrations, client ERP systems, and TMS platforms.
• Support pricing frameworks, product investments, client value propositions, and disciplined balance sheet growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers while representing the organization on liquidity and deposit trends.

Requirements

• Location: New York, New York, United States of America.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of experience in treasury management, liquidity, commercial payments, or a related product line; alternatively, 16 years of combined higher education and work experience with the same minimum relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of managerial and/or project management experience in relevant product lines.
• Strong financial analysis skills covering cash flow and product profitability, plus knowledge of bank balance sheets, funding strategy, and interest rate environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, research, analytical, interpersonal, customer service, and principled leadership skills.
• Extensive national industry and client network, market intelligence, and relevant industry knowledge.

Nice to have

• Expertise in deposit products, sweep structures, virtual account management platforms, integrated liquidity platforms, and cash management solutions.
• Experience managing product P&L and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
• Experience in a relationship-driven regional or super-regional bank environment.
• Exposure to real-time payments, API banking, digital treasury platforms, or similar treasury and deposit systems.
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
