Director, Product Management - Deposit Products

Location: Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN; employees work in the office at least four days per week, with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Base salary: $131,000–$180,100 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the long-term strategy, roadmap, and vision for consumer checking, savings, and certificate of deposit products.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from research and business case development through design, launch, optimization, and governance.
• Drive deposit pricing, forecasting, profitability management, balance growth, and financial performance monitoring with finance and treasury partners.
• Use analytics, reporting, and customer insights to improve product performance, acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Oversee compliant, client-centered product experiences, including regulatory requirements, disclosures, policies, and risk management.
• Communicate strategy and performance to executive stakeholders while leading, mentoring, and developing product management teams.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. work authorization is required without current or future visa sponsorship needs.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in consumer deposit product management or comparable consumer banking product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Expertise in product management, deposit pricing, financial modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with technology, operations, finance, marketing, risk, compliance, and sales stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Success developing, launching, pricing, and scaling bank deposit products in complex financial services environments.
• Knowledge of wealth management organizations, core banking platforms, fintech ecosystems, and customer behavior analysis.
• Experience designing, measuring, and optimizing customer acquisition and engagement campaigns with marketing teams.
