Senior Product Owner (Treasury Management Receivables)

Location: PA - Pittsburgh (15222); in-office work within the hirify.global footprint, near an office location

Base salary: $112,000–$249,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Own one or more Receivables product initiatives and serve as the voice of the customer.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, grooming, and sprint planning.
• Define product vision and communicate priorities to Scrum Masters and Agile development teams.
• Partner with technology teams, architects, UX designers, operations, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support the Receivables product roadmap and identify opportunities to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and revenue.
• Accept working product deliveries and communicate iteration outcomes and business value to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience and a bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Hands-on Product Owner experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience with Treasury Management receivables products such as Lockbox, Integrated Receivables, Cash Application, Electronic Receivables, ACH, Wire, Instant Payments, payment matching, reconciliation, or ERP integrations.
• Experience working with commercial banking clients and supporting product modernization, automation, or workflow transformation.
• Familiarity with digital user experiences, ERP connectivity, API-based integrations, or digital Treasury platforms.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar Agile certification.
• Experience with data visualization, UX design, design thinking, and payment or receivables modernization.
