What you will do

• Develop project plans and oversee projects from conception and planning through implementation, release, and deployment.
• Manage schedules, task details, costs, resources, capital allocation requests, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Lead multifunctional design teams across internal, external, and matrixed organizations, providing technical direction.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define objectives and communicate project status.
• Provide engineering and business process expertise for complex programs and issues.
• Identify risks and complications, then develop and implement resolution strategies.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the relevant technical discipline and broad knowledge of related functional areas.
• Experience leading projects with significant risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems through conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills for presenting complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Employment is based in Santa Clara, California; relocation is not eligible.
