PCB Manufacturing Applications Engineer (Frontline Software)

Location: Milpitas, California, USA. The role includes 25% domestic and international travel and supports customers across the Americas and Europe.

Base pay: $114,800–$168,400 annually.

What you will do

• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and customer support for Frontline software products.
• Deliver customer training and implementation support for deployments, upgrades, and new feature introductions.
• Support sales activities through technical discussions, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancement planning.
• Travel domestically and internationally for customer engagements, implementations, training, and project activities.

Requirements

• Administration-level knowledge of Frontline products such as InCAM Pro, InFlow, InSight, or Genesis.
• Previous experience in customer support, software implementation, technical training, and technical project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain technical subjects clearly.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
• Master’s degree with 0 years of related experience, or bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with PCB manufacturing processes and related engineering workflows.
• Programming experience with Perl or Python.
• Oracle database management experience.
• Additional language skills.
