Mgr Implementation

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office

Base pay: $102,000–$184,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex, strategic pharmacy program and product delivery from design through implementation and stabilization.
• Manage and mentor delivery staff while overseeing portfolios of pharmacy products and programs.
• Partner with Product, Business, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Drive implementation design, operational readiness, cross-functional solution development, and governance.
• Prepare executive reporting and facilitate collaboration across departments and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and six years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, strategic consulting, or project management.
• Experience with the software development life cycle, analytical work, information synthesis, and complex enterprise problem-solving.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff and working with senior management across multiple departments.
• Strong communication, presentation, group facilitation, organization, prioritization, business acumen, and implementation skills.
• Ability to work in a flexible and dynamic environment and support cross-functional project and process integration.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, strategy, or a related discipline.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, consulting, program delivery, product implementation, or delivery management within a large organization.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance and pharmacy industry trends, products, programs, networks, and regulatory initiatives.
• Experience working with PBMs, vendors, technology partners, and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
