Manager, Workplace Solutions Enablement (Insurance)

Location: Remote; periodic travel may be required.

Salary: $89,800–$125,500 annually plus bonus.

What you will do

• Translate Supplemental & Group priorities into actionable plans, workstreams, milestones, deliverables, and success measures.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Customer Experience.
• Develop business recommendations by synthesizing market, customer, distribution, competitive, operational, and performance insights.
• Support product commercialization, distribution enablement, go-to-market execution, and organizational readiness.
• Lead and develop an initial team of two employees, including workload allocation, prioritization, coaching, and performance management.
• Evaluate implemented solutions and improve processes, accountability, transparency, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Insurance industry experience with Supplemental Insurance, Group Employee Benefits, or both.
• Experience across multiple insurance value-chain functions, such as Product, Distribution, Operations, Marketing, Administration, Technology, or Customer Experience.
• Prior people leadership experience involving employee development, workload management, prioritization, and performance.
• Ability to lead multiple complex initiatives, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and operate autonomously in ambiguous situations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with product commercialization, distribution enablement, go-to-market execution, or business readiness.
• Experience with agents, brokers, third-party administrators, enrollment organizations, or employee-benefits distribution channels.
• Experience supporting initiatives in Supplemental, Worksite, Voluntary Benefits, or Group Insurance.
