Supply Chain Business Analytics – Senior Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects focused on supply chain performance, operational optimization, and business growth.
• Clean and wrangle complex datasets, including missing values, duplicates, and outliers.
• Partner with supply chain stakeholders to define analytics requirements and deliver practical data solutions.
• Analyze large datasets using advanced analytics and AI-assisted methods to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using business intelligence tools.
• Support training, communications, change management, product adoption, and ad hoc investigations for analytics users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data and analytics, management, business administration, computer science, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Python fundamentals, including experience with pandas and NumPy, and proficiency in SQL.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms including linear regression, logistic regression, and decision trees, with implementation using libraries such as scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis testing, p-values, A/B testing basics, and probability.
• Experience with Git, data cleaning and wrangling, and visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Must have the right to work in the United States and must not require hirify.global immigration support or employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Big data, systems, data engineering, or data management experience.
• Supply chain experience or familiarity with supply chain business systems.
• Experience with Scrum teams or leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience building AI-powered tools or automations, including custom GPTs, AI agents, or AI-enabled dashboards and workflows.
