Location: Upstream Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Translate complex business challenges into analytical frameworks, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead analytics initiatives covering customer experience, fulfillment performance, profitability, availability, and delivery speed.
• Design predictive models, forecasting solutions, and optimization frameworks to identify opportunities and guide investment decisions.
• Perform deep-dive analyses and root cause investigations into business performance, operational defects, and emerging risks.
• Build scalable datasets, dashboards, semantic models, decision-support tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage project execution and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field with 2 years of data analytics experience, or 4 years of data analytics experience.
• Expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Looker.
• Experience building and implementing data models and algorithms for strategic business outcomes.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including risk management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and ethical standards.

Nice to have

• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics.
