Senior Manager, Data Analytics

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of data strategies aligned with business requirements and objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, profile, cleanse, and monitor data sources to maintain quality and integrity.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and automation.
• Develop visualization strategies and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across functions, oversee project delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members on analytics methods, data storytelling, and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field, or a qualifying bachelor's or master's degree with relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Extensive experience in data strategy, analytics, and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and distributed data storage systems.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and Python libraries for data visualization.
• Understanding of business metrics, data governance, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security.

Nice to have

• Experience in data science, data analysis, statistics, retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce.
• Experience with Spark, Scala, or R.
• Successful completion of assessments in data analysis, business intelligence tools, or scripting languages.
