Senior Manager, Data Science (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing Data Science team delivering enterprise analytics initiatives.
• Drive forecasting, optimization, predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and Generative AI projects.
• Partner with Data Strategy, business, and technology stakeholders to prepare data and translate analytics into actionable business insights.
• Guide architecture decisions for AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics capabilities.
• Operationalize AI and Generative AI solutions using platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, and OpenAI.
• Establish model lifecycle management, observability, governance, security, compliance, monitoring, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience; alternative education and experience combinations are accepted.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience and 5 years of demonstrated leadership.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Experience leading Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics initiatives.
• Experience developing, validating, deploying, and monitoring production machine learning and statistical models.
• Experience with Python, SQL, cloud AI platforms, MLOps, model governance, feature engineering, and enterprise data pipelines.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AWS, SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure AI, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
