Staff Program Manager (Event Design)

Location: Remote in the United States; remote means 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from a Stripe office. Regular work from home is expected.

Salary: $167,300–$250,900 annual US base salary

What you will do

• Lead experiential program management across roadmaps, budgets, scope, timelines, resourcing, partners, and cross-functional communication.
• Manage multiple event design and creative production projects, from small initiatives to large-scale programs.
• Partner with the Experiential Creative Director and Corporate Events team to scale event design and integrate brand design across event surfaces.
• Coordinate leadership, creatives, vendors, and agency partners while sourcing, onboarding, and overseeing external agencies.
• Own project documentation, tooling, trackers, meetings, and organization-wide updates.
• Anticipate risks, resolve blockers, provide actionable escalation solutions, and uphold design quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in similar roles and industries.
• Strong strategic ability to develop complex program roadmaps and cross-functional processes in fast-paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of producing complex brand and event design systems and bringing design assets through creative production.
• Proven ability to create creative systems optimized for scale and growth.
• Strong design sense, industry knowledge, organization, presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders and agency partners while balancing speed, quality, and craft.
