Salesforce Cloud Architect

What you will do

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
• Define the platform roadmap, technical standards, governance, security, release management, and deployment practices.
• Design scalable data models and automated, document-centric workflows involving document generation, electronic signatures, OCR, storage, and secure sharing.
• Establish integration architecture using APIs, middleware, event-driven solutions, and enterprise application integrations.
• Lead technical design sessions covering Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, APIs, custom objects, and third-party integrations.
• Monitor platform performance and limits, reduce technical debt, modernize legacy solutions, and mentor technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in a cloud development architect role.
• Experience architecting solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling, platform limits, security and sharing models, identity and access management, multi-org environments, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with development, testing, deployment, release management, governance, Agile or Scrum, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.
• Experience with Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX.
