Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect

What you will do

• Lead architecture for complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud engagements in a senior client-facing role.
• Own end-to-end solution design and define technical standards and best practices.
• Guide implementation teams and facilitate discovery and design workshops with executive stakeholders.
• Produce architecture documentation and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Act as the technical authority for clients and internal delivery teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including 3+ years in lead or architect roles.
• Deep knowledge of Email, Journey, Automation, Audience, and Mobile modules.
• Expertise in multi-cloud and multi-system integrations, including APIs and middleware.
• Strong data architecture skills covering data modelling, data management, and identity resolution.
• Experience leading discovery and design workshops with senior stakeholders.
• English is required to communicate with clients and partners located outside Quebec.

Nice to have

• Marketing Cloud certifications and exposure to CDP or Data Cloud.
• AMPscript or SSJS knowledge.
• Consulting experience, delivery-team mentoring, and bilingualism.
