What you will do

• Lead data migration strategy for Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations, including CPQ and Billing.
• Define data architecture, field mappings, transformation logic, and reusable migration frameworks.
• Extract, transform, load, and reconcile revenue data using SQL Server, DBAmp, Dataloader, Pentaho, or equivalent tools.
• Validate product bundles, pricing calculations, billing records, revenue recognition impacts, and reporting dependencies.
• Run customer discovery sessions, workshops, testing activities, progress reporting, issue tracking, and cutover planning.
• Collaborate with solution architects, RevOps leaders, developers, and QA teams across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and migration focused on revenue operations and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Billing.
• Experience migrating product catalogs, quotes, contracts, subscriptions, billing transactions, credit memos, payments, and amendments.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and data transformations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and billing platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Zuora, or Intacct.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Platform Developer II certifications are required.

Nice to have

• Additional Salesforce certifications, including Admin, App Builder, or Platform Developer I.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition rules and compliance considerations.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and LucidChart.
• Experience with multi-currency, multi-language, or multi-entity Salesforce organizations.
• Background in Revenue Operations or finance system architecture.
