Salesforce Architect

Location: Italy; availability to work from the Milan office two days per week

What you will do

• Provide senior technical authority and architectural direction for the Salesforce AMS landscape.
• Lead L3 technical escalations, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex production issues.
• Govern AMS-originated changes, review code changes, and ensure technical compliance before release.
• Establish the technical-debt baseline, prioritize remediation, and drive implementation against the technology roadmap.
• Govern Salesforce integrations, maintain the integration register, and manage technical findings and known errors.
• Design and review scalable Salesforce solutions across application, system, and integration architecture.

Requirements

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect level experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, execution limits, scalability, and the security model.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Flow, and LWC/Aura.
• Strong understanding of API-led integration patterns.
• Experience with L3 support, root-cause analysis, technical governance, and technical-debt management.
• Italian and English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with availability to work from the Milan office two days per week.

Nice to have

• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot Chat in analysis and software delivery.
