CRM Technical Architect (Salesforce)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Define technical architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
• Lead solution design, technical review boards, governance, and end-to-end delivery for complex Salesforce initiatives.
• Establish standards for Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, data models, sharing models, security, and large-data-volume strategies.
• Design integration architectures using MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Composite APIs.
• Lead single-org versus multi-org strategy, sandbox planning, Salesforce DX, DevOps pipelines, and release-management practices.
• Partner with stakeholders and security, compliance, and audit teams while mentoring engineers and documenting architecture decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least eight years of Salesforce experience, including significant architecture or technical leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Salesforce data and sharing models, and platform limits.
• Experience with complex integrations, enterprise-scale security models, Salesforce DX, and modern DevOps tooling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a track record of leading large Salesforce programs end to end.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials required; candidates must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, or H-1B transfer candidates. New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credential.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Industry Clouds such as Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud.
• Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce features.
• Experience with multi-org consolidation or M&A integrations.
