Occupancy Planner

Location: Louisville, Nashville, Fort Lauderdale, Arlington, or Dallas, USA; East Coast remote eligible for the right candidate.

Salary: $68,000–$80,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage a regional portfolio of occupancy planning projects and workplace initiatives.
• Develop block plans, stack plans, test fits, office layouts, and space planning solutions.
• Analyze supply, demand, occupancy, and utilization data to identify planning opportunities.
• Present planning recommendations, utilization analyses, and portfolio insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams on project delivery, change management, and move management.
• Maintain planning records, reporting, and portfolio data in CAFM/IWMS platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, corporate real estate, facilities management, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of direct occupancy planning or workplace planning experience in corporate real estate, space management, or facilities management.
• Experience with office space planning, test fits, workplace layouts, occupancy plans, and utilization recommendations.
• Working knowledge of CAFM/IWMS platforms and space management systems; SerraView experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is required; strong data analysis, reporting, communication, and presentation skills are also required.

Nice to have

• Clinical or healthcare planning experience.
• Experience with both AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with Bluebeam.
