Salary: $157,000–$281,930 annual base salary for U.S.-based roles

What you will do

• Lead development of a scalable, component-based AI design framework for hirify.global’s platform.
• Oversee adaptive, context-aware UI components for agentic workflows.
• Maintain a modular framework for personalized and agent-assisted user experiences.
• Establish scalable processes, standards, and best practices that accelerate delivery from prototype to production.
• Build relationships with platform stakeholders and drive adoption of framework components and practices.
• Develop a team of UX Engineers, Motion Designers, and Architects.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing front-end or full-stack development teams and 12+ years of related experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining reusable UI components and component libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, or equivalent LLM-based coding agents.
• Expertise in React, React Hooks, state management, TypeScript, and component-driven design.
• Experience leading large-scale web applications, including performance optimization, accessibility, responsive design, testing, debugging, and version control.

• Experience building agentic or AI-assisted interaction components.
• Experience leading design systems for complex workflows.
• Experience mentoring front-end engineers and establishing cross-organizational methods and practices.
