What you will do
- Act as the operational partner for Sales Executives by managing quotes, pricing, account updates, and sales-support activities.
- Coordinate server provisioning, migrations, and upgrades with Sales, Solution Architects, Operations, and technical teams.
- Track deployments from start to finish, maintain accurate CRM and ticketing records, and notify customers about completion.
- Configure hourly, monthly, and annual billing plans and resolve invoice, payment, credit, and cancellation issues.
- Identify opportunities for additional capacity or services and support account growth.
- Contribute to process improvements while developing knowledge of cloud infrastructure, bare metal, and global networking.
Requirements
- Advanced English and the ability to provide clear, professional customer updates.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Support is advantageous.
- Exposure to cloud, hosting, or SaaS companies is advantageous.
- Experience with CRM, ticketing, or complex billing platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Basic understanding of servers, cloud environments, or networking.
