Manager - Business Operations Partner - Neurology & IgG4-RD (Biotech)

What you will do

• Lead defined business operations workstreams supporting the UPLIZNA neurology and IgG4-RD commercial organization.
• Analyze performance data, market information, and stakeholder input to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Support brand planning, forecasting, business reviews, Long Range Strategy, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional working sessions, and track decisions and actions.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, business reviews, and narratives for leadership discussions.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, digital capabilities, and automation to improve analysis, planning, communication, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree with 4 years; or an associate's degree with 8 years; or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years.
• Experience in business operations, strategy and operations, commercial excellence, consulting, analytics, project management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience with brand planning, business reviews, forecasting, performance management, governance, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, project management, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, influence without direct authority, and build relationships in a matrixed organization.
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, rare disease, or specialty markets is preferred.
