Junior Product Owner - Digital Operations

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA; in-office position with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week. Travel by air, car, or other transportation may be required up to 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Create process documentation, project content, and inputs for agile delivery.
• Plan and facilitate business working sessions and help update the product backlog.
• Support analysis, requirements, design, testing, training, release management, and product support.
• Conduct sessions with field stakeholders and subject-matter experts to resolve gaps and define future-state processes.
• Perform user testing, recommend UX improvements, and participate in proof-of-concept, prototype, and pilot activities.
• Align Operations, Information Technology, vendors, and other stakeholders around product objectives and deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience in a support role with a consulting, transportation, or logistics firm.
• Familiarity with organizational and project change management processes.
• Experience organizing and supporting diverse groups of contributors and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, time management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to create and work with content in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio; SQL database query experience is a plus.
