IT Product Owner II (Onsite)

Location: Onsite at Tyson Emma in Springdale, Arkansas, United States. Relocation assistance is not available, and immigration or work authorization support is not available now or in the future.

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements through discovery sessions, process reviews, and solution workshops.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Own application strategy, roadmaps, product backlogs, and enhancement pipelines.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Review code quality, participate in technical design discussions, and support production issue resolution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in application development, business analysis, or product ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into technical solutions.
• Hands-on development experience with one or more technologies such as .NET, Java, COBOL, APIs, integration platforms, or SQL.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
