Senior Product Manager, Notifications

Location: Remote - United States

Base salary: $190,800–$267,100 USD per year, plus potential equity and commission depending on the position.

What you will do

• Drive the product vision and strategy for Notifications Engagement, improving user value, engagement, and retention.
• Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned with Notifications and company initiatives.
• Develop a real-time notifications platform across in-app, push, email, and potential new channels.
• Partner with design, engineering, data, product, operations, partnerships, and business teams to launch and maintain growth-impacting features.
• Define initiatives, resolve dependencies, prioritize work using data, and manage the product backlog.
• Analyze experiments, product data, market research, and usability insights to improve personalization and post-click experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience growing at-scale consumer products through improved user experiences.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build SQL queries from scratch and solve complex problems with data.
• Experience developing long-term strategies and roadmaps, setting OKRs, and defining, running, and measuring experiments.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, product management, data science, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong independent problem-solving, communication, influencing, prioritization, and stakeholder-alignment skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer growth and scaled experimentation.
• Experience with high-traffic consumer experiences or ML-adjacent products.
• Background in UX, mobile, engineering, or data science.
