Product Manager, Provider Data Products (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, work from home in Pennsylvania, United States. Travel requirement: 0%–25%.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for provider data products.
• Manage provider datasets covering demographics, network tiers, credentialing, contractual affiliations, and digital endpoints as governed, API-driven data products.
• Modernize the provider directory and improve data accuracy against regulatory requirements, including CMS mandates and the No Surprises Act.
• Improve provider attestation and roster submission experiences to reduce provider friction.
• Own the product portfolio, backlog, governance participation, prioritization, and cross-product value opportunities.
• Partner with Provider Operations, Provider Information Management, Provider Contracting, Provider Administration, Member Experience, and enGen engineering teams through sprint ceremonies and milestone reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.
• At least 3 years of product management experience.
• At least 3 years of software lifecycle experience.
• At least 1 year of advanced domain experience and 1 year of Agile process experience.
• Skills in business acumen for P&Ls, communication, and conflict management.
• Must work remotely from Pennsylvania, United States.
