Lead Supply Chain Planning Analyst (AI)

Location: Richardson, Texas; onsite five days per week. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $118,800–$178,200 USD annual.

What you will do

• Develop supply, demand, purchase, and inventory plans across multiple suppliers, products, and business functions.
• Analyze forecasts, inventory health, supply risks, shortages, constraints, and demand variability to improve planning outcomes.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Operations, Network, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics, fulfillment, distribution, and supply readiness for business-critical network and infrastructure initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, planning models, and data-driven recommendations for leadership decision-making.
• Lead process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and responsible AI adoption across supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, demand planning, procurement, logistics, operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting complex supply chain environments with multiple suppliers, product categories, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis applications.
• Ability to work onsite in Richardson, Texas five days per week; relocation is not offered.

Nice to have

• APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or another supply chain certification.
• Experience with ERP, forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and supply planning systems.
• Experience developing dashboards, automation solutions, business intelligence reports, or using AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale operational transformation or network initiatives.
