Director of Global Customer Planning and Operations (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid role based at an hirify.global site in the United States; primary location Santa Clara, California, with additional locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

Annual salary range: $220,320–$311,040 USD.

What you will do

• Lead global customer planning and operations to support reliable, timely product delivery.
• Collaborate with customers to interpret demand signals, improve forecast accuracy, and create actionable delivery plans.
• Develop supply chain strategies that optimize cycle times, reduce risk, and improve on-time delivery.
• Provide data-driven insights on supply chain performance, inventory health, and delivery risks to senior leadership.
• Align sales, marketing, manufacturing, and internal business units on shared operational goals.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing global planning team.

Requirements

• Expertise in global supply chain operations, planning, and strategy development.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and business performance management.
• Proficiency with supply chain tools and data analytics for planning optimization.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and managing complex operational challenges.
• Degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field, plus 12+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a master's degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
