Planning & Fulfillment Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States of America; full-time, regular onsite position.

Salary: $83,300–$133,280 annually.

What you will do

• Support site supply planning processes and planning-related tools and improvements.
• Release purchase orders for direct materials, indirect materials, and stock transfer orders.
• Follow up on vendor payments, create urgent payment tickets, and manage escalations.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to resolve sales order issues affecting shipping and delivery.
• Establish and share best practices for operations planning, inventory management, and resource management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain operations, order management, or materials handling.
• Experience managing purchase orders and STO/STPO processes.
• Experience with vendor and supplier relationship management.
• Knowledge of invoice reconciliation, payment resolution, logistics, shipping, and supply chain coordination.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems and supply chain software, plus strong problem-solving, communication, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
