Consulting Technology Business Manager

What you will do

• Partner with Consulting Operations, IT, and consulting professionals to maintain the technology roadmap and drive operational excellence.
• Identify inefficiencies, standardize processes, develop business cases, and document workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Drive adoption of practice technologies and measure utilization, business outcomes, and value realization.
• Lead change management, training materials, workshops, and user adoption programs for consulting and support teams.
• Coordinate technology pilots, testing, stakeholder feedback, implementation recommendations, and vendor enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, information systems, technology, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in a public accounting environment, including at least one year at hirify.global.
• Strong understanding of the relevant practice line and fundamental technology knowledge.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management strategies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
