Business Performance Improvement - People & Change AI People Enablement Senior Consultant (AI)

Location: Chicago, Austin, Dallas, or Houston, United States. Positions are not registered for hiring or employment in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $98,000–$146,000 annual base salary, with a 10% bonus target and estimated total cash compensation of $107,800–$160,600.

What you will do

• Support clients in translating AI investments into sustained workforce adoption, redesigned work, and measurable business value.
• Conduct workforce readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, adoption diagnostics, and workforce impact assessments.
• Design activation campaigns, adoption roadmaps, champion networks, role-based learning journeys, AI Academy content, and manager enablement toolkits.
• Support future-state organization design, new role and accountability models, AI-enabled workflow redesign, governance controls, and workforce transition plans.
• Develop KPI frameworks, value realization scorecards, AI value charters, benefits governance, business cases, and executive-ready deliverables.
• Mentor interns and consultants, coordinate project work, manage risks, and strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in organizational change, workforce transformation, organization design, change management, learning and development, HR transformation, operating model design, or value realization.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate workforce, adoption, organizational, and AI transformation issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Role locations are limited to Chicago, Austin, Dallas, or Houston, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technology, digital, automation, or AI-enabled transformation programs.
• Exposure to organization design, workforce planning, operating model design, job architecture, champion networks, or value governance.
• Familiarity with OrgVue, Celonis, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Agentforce, or similar AI-enabled work platforms.
• PROSCI, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or similar professional certification.
