Management Consulting Intern

Location: Addison, Texas, United States; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office and possible relocation to a hirify.global office for the internship.

Salary: $30–$33 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct research and analysis to solve complex business problems.
• Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, project planning, execution, and risk management.
• Document requirements, meeting outcomes, and key decisions.
• Develop recommendations, synthesize data into actionable insights, and present findings.
• Create presentations, reports, and other client-facing deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to drive project outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with demonstrated academic achievement.
• Previous leadership experience through student organizations, coursework, work, athletics, or community involvement.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, accountability, attention to detail, and comfort navigating ambiguity and change.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate to a hirify.global office location for the duration of the internship, if applicable.
