Production Supervisor

Location: Belen, New Mexico, USA; onsite, second shift

What you will do

• Lead staffing and daily production management for Dryer Operations and Desiccant Packaging Operations.
• Execute production plans, align team assignments with schedules, and maintain production reporting and inventory reconciliation in SAP.
• Manage, motivate, and develop hourly employees, including training plans, skill matrices, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, ESHA, and Supply Chain to support safe, efficient, uninterrupted production.
• Support equipment troubleshooting, production output, profitability, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through CPS, CCX, CLNX, Innovation, and bi-monthly GEMBA walks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Process, or Controls Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma training; Green Belt certification preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP preferred.
