Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead a production team or line and coordinate personnel, equipment, and production processes.
• Ensure production schedules and plans meet volume requirements, inventory service levels, specifications, quality standards, and demand targets.
• Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements and oversee implementation of performance-improvement actions.
• Coordinate the resolution of critical product and equipment issues with internal teams.
• Prepare the annual production budget, monitor progress, and manage cost-related actions within available resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Flexibility to work other shifts as needed.
• Already authorized to work in the United States for hirify.global.
