Production Supervisor / Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Marshall, Minnesota, United States. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually.

What you will do

• Direct production processes and supervise production personnel.
• Monitor process data, equipment operation, process integrity, and specification compliance.
• Plan production schedules, labor loading, capacity requirements, and work orders.
• Compile production records and provide accurate data to production support departments.
• Check material availability and coordinate raw material requirements with purchasing.
• Expedite customer orders, participate in customer calls, and train and develop production staff.

Requirements

• At least five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or a related production area.
• Strong technical background in production equipment operations.
• Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or business studies.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma combined with relevant training and experience, including safety and hazardous materials awareness training.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements.
